Young Carers Activity Session, Swaffham

Are you a Young Carer living in the Breckland Area? If so, why not come along to our Activity sessions (Age 5-11 years: 4pm-6pm,, Age 12-19 years: 6.30pm-8:30pm), organised by MTM Youth Services. Meet up with other Young Carers, take part in some fun activities and focus on your wellbeing. Carers Information Day: Sharing Ways of Living Well

This event is organised by Care for Carers in association with Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, and focusing on Mental Health Awareness.
